Creation and adoption of an Operating Model and Shared Guidelines
ApiShare was adopted by SNAM as the tool capable of containing and controlling the processes and the guidelines associated with them. Promoting the development of a "common culture" associated with the life cycle of digital products and making it attractive within an unified platform, shared by all, which did not involve duplication of activities for individuals (in whatever role involved).
Governance = Process + People + Technology
We made available to SNAM our process automation capabilities, whether related to compliance or service development. The out of the box availability of a series of procedures capable of facilitating developers, product owners or managers of the various sectors involved has significantly increased quality control and overall Governance of the entire eco-system
Availability of a Unified Catalog
ApiShare Catalog represents a single place where all the people (each according to their own skills or tasks) can explore SNAM resources, understand them, feed them in order to "socialize" all the information in a single context and easily find what they need, avoiding costly and expensive adventures within the various company organizations
